Matrix Publisher LLC offers digital creative and consulting services, including but not limited to publishing support, content creation, digital
marketing assistance, consulting, and other custom digital services.
Because our services are digital, customized, and service-based, refunds are evaluated depending on the stage of the project and the services
already performed.
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
The order has been placed but work has not yet started.
The client requests cancellation before the project begins.
We are unable to deliver the service due to internal limitations.
There is a significant failure to provide the agreed service
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date
If work on a project has already started but is not yet completed, a partial refund may be granted depending on the progress of the project.
The refund amount will be determined based on:
The percentage of work already completed
Time and resources invested in the project
Deliverables already provided to the client
Due to the nature of digital services, the following situations are generally non-refundable:
Completed and delivered projects
Custom digital work that has already been created or delivered
Consulting sessions that have already taken place
Services that required significant time, effort, or resourcest
Services that have been approved by the client
Once a project has been completed and delivered, the payment is typically non-refundable.
To request a refund, clients must send a written request via email including the following details:

Order or Invoice Number
Description of the issue
Reason for requesting the refund
Refund requests should be sent to our official support email
After receiving a refund request, our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
